The Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the long-term care home is safe, functional, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents, staff, families, and visitors. This position performs preventative maintenance, repairs, building inspections, grounds maintenance, and responds promptly to maintenance requests while supporting a resident-centered care environment.
