DIVE IN AND MAKE A SPLASH EVERY DAY, BY
Executing and maintaining Sandbox's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
Coordinating enterprise-wide risk identification
Maintaining the corporate risk register and supporting risk assessment processes.
Developing, monitoring, and reporting on key risk indicators (KRIs) and emerging risks.
Preparing meaningful risk and resilience reporting for leadership and governance committees.
Coordinating and maintaining the Business Continuity Management program
Leading scenario analysis, stress testing, and tabletop exercises to support organizational readiness.
Supporting operational risk assessments and providing risk input into third-party and concentration risk activities.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SANDBOX
Education: Post-secondary degree in risk management, business, finance, economics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, resilience, or a related second-line role.
Risk Expertise: Demonstrated experience with ERM frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and risk reporting.
