- Valid License
- Be able to read plans/Specs
- Run a crew of 4-8 people depending on job
- Organize multiple jobs at once
- Bid jobs
- Work to oh&s standards
- Communicate with general contractors
- Chlorination and pressure testing
- coordinate Line locates, Road closures, Job starts, Hydrovac, Paving roads after work complete etc etc....
- Dispatch work including snow removal in winter.
