Hughes Collective is recruiting on behalf of our client, a community-focused co-operative. We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Liquor Store Supervisor to support daily operations at their Moosomin location.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, you will help coordinate daily store operations, support team members, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and developing their skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily store operations, merchandising, and stocking activities.
Support and guide team members while leading by example.
Assist customers and resolve service concerns.
Complete inventory counts, invoice entry, and investigate discrepancies.
Support cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention.
Step in during busy periods and support operations in the Manager's absence.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with inventory, cash handling, and POS systems.
A positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to obtain SIRS certification and lift at least 50 lbs.
Previous liquor retail experience is an asset.
Schedule
Full-time, rotating shifts between 10 AM and 9:30 PM, including every other weekend.
