Housing Coordinator

The Housing Coordinator is accountable for implementing, coordinating and monitoring services including vacancy management and coordination of tenant services for the Jubilee Residences courts (non-SHA funded  affordable housing programs).   The Housing Coordinator reports to the Manager, Housing Services. The values of the organization require that all positions support the mission, vision, values and initiatives of Jubilee Residences.

The Housing Coordinator supports tenant independence, promotes a safe environment for tenants, staff and visitors through risk management and risk reduction strategies.  The Housing Coordinator identifies, investigates and resolves tenant concerns and promotes interdepartmental and inter-facility coordination and cooperation.  Manages tenant risks related to housing and supports people to find alternative accommodations when necessary.  The Housing Coordinator works with managerial staff to promote effective and efficient operation of Eden Alternative and the Safety Management System throughout the organization.
