Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper

Experience Required

• knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office, using tax software
• Experience in preparing personal and farm income tax
• Employer will provide  further training
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Must have good customer service skills
• Business experience with an accounting background is considered an asset

Duties

• accounting data entry, preparing tax returns
• some receptionist duties, answering phone, assisting clients
• Time management & task prioritization,ability to manage multiple deadlines, determine priority and get tasks completed.
