PWM is seeking a Chartered Accountant who will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial leadership in a complex manufacturing environment. This position goes beyond traditional accounting, requiring expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, financial planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic analysis

Provide actionable insights to executive leadership to support business growth and decision-making

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational objectives

Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Lead external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

5-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

Significant experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (required)

Demonstrated experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial leadership
