Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper

Experience Required

• knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office, using tax software
• Experience in preparing personal and corporate tax returns
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Must have good customer service skills
• Business experience with an accounting background is required
• Minimum five years experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis experience

Duties

• accounting data entry, preparing personal and corporate tax returns
• Time management & task prioritizing,ability to manage multiple deadlines, determine priority and get tasks completed.
• prepare and maintain government remittances/accounts receivable/accounts payable and payroll
• develop technical skills in compilations, reviews, bookkeeping and tax
