About this role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.
Promote products and identify new sales opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries and process orders.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment.
Assist with preparing, loading and unloading customer orders for delivery when required.
Occasionally assist with customer deliveries and other physical tasks.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous wholesale, retail or B2B sales experience is an asset.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, self-motivated and willing to learn.
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely lift and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to assist with occasional physical work, including loading, unloading and customer deliveries.
