We are seeking a reliable, motivated and hardworking Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role combines sales, customer service and hands-on warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.
Answer product and pricing questions, prepare quotes, process orders and follow up.
Promote products and identify sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
Pick, pack and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
Support daily business operations as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in wholesale or retail sales or customer service is an asset.
Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to process orders.
Able to work independently and with a team.
Comfortable with sales and warehouse tasks, including standing, bending and lifting merchandise, with reasonable accommodation where required.
Reliable, punctual, positive and willing to learn.
Warehouse or inventory experience is an asset.
