Sask Landing Regional Water Pipeline Utility is accepting applications for the position of Utility Operator. We are committed to providing safe, reliable drinking water to multiple municipalities in the Elrose/Kyle areas while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of water treatment and distribution systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
Coordinate maintenance projects, system upgrades, and emergency response activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Saskatchewan Class 1, 2, or higher Water Treatment / Distribution Operator Certificate is preferred. Applicants who do not currently hold certification and are willing to obtain the required qualifications would also be considered.
3 years of relevant water utility experience would be considered an asset.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must be physically capable of performing job-related duties, including some lifting and manual labour.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Neptune 360, Microsoft Office, and reporting software is an asset.
Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
