The Role
Alternate QAP on our processing licence, reporting to the onsite QAP
Full-time, onsite in Regina
Responsibilities
Release lots for sale: review batch records and CoAs
Run quality checks on pre-roll weight, roll quality, infusion and packaging
Check labelling against Cannabis Regulations Part 6
Investigate complaints, deviations and OOS results; lead CAPAs
Maintain SOPs, GPP, sanitation and pest control programs
Train staff and keep training records
Prepare for Health Canada inspections and audits
Act as QAP when the QAP is away
Requirements
Science degree or diploma (or related field)
2+ years of QA in cannabis, food or pharma
Working knowledge of the Cannabis Act and Regulations
Able to pass a background check and Health Canada security clearance
Must meet Health Canada approval as an AQAP
Reliable vehicle to commute to our Regina site
Detail-oriented, organized and a clear writer
Nice to Have
Pre-roll or processing experience
HACCP, GMP or PCP training
