Deliver strong customer service by evaluating, analyzing, rating, and processing insurance requests with sound judgement, strong attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, brokers, and teammates to explain decisions, gather information, and support positive outcomes.

Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and time management skills to balance competing priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Enjoy collaborating as part of a team, contributing positively to shared goals while balancing customer needs with business priorities.

Want to leverage your leadership skills for good  like actively supporting SGIs culture, expanding your own learning, and supporting your colleagues as they do the same.
