As Senior Controller you will

• Own the Controller function and lead the finance teams day-to-day activities, ensuring accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance align with organizational growth.  Take an engaged approach to the business, working closely with management/operations and identifying opportunities to support continued growth.
• Reconcile schedules, ensuring accuracy and control.  Oversee and ensure the integrity of month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and organizational reporting systems. Lead continuous improvement, automation, and process enhancement initiatives.

You will bring

• Financial Accounting/Business Admin Degree/Diploma is preferred.  CPA designation is required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience, including in a Controller role.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, values-based environment and enjoys supporting growth initiatives.
• Combines strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills with the ability to balance hands-on accounting and strategic leadership.
• Connects financial oversight to operational performance and organizational growth while identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.
