Sales Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales, youll have all the support you need to focus on what truly matters: cultivating relationships and promoting Reginas coolest independent hotel.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Attract and develop new clients

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Handle and escalate service recovery for sales clients when needed

Conduct sales tours and property visits

Follow up on internal sales inquiries and opportunities

Maintain strong communication and coordination between departments

Develop, qualify, and follow up on warm leads

Qualifications

3-5 years of sales management experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Proven track record in client retention and new business development.

Strong management and leadership skills.

Familiarity with revenue management systems and a keen eye for optimization.

A people-person who thrives on building connections and driving results.

While this role generally follows a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule, youll find plenty of chances to break away from the routine with travel for sales missions and evening networking eventsbecause, lets be honest, thats where the real excitement (and the best deals) happens.
