Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Type: Full-Time Contract

Anticipated Start: November 2, 2026

Term: 2 years, with potential extensions

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager for a long-term engagement supporting complex and strategic IT initiatives in Regina.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closure.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets.

Manage scope, resources, quality, risks, issues and dependencies.

Establish project governance and support executive steering committees.

Prepare executive reports, presentations and status updates.

Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops.

Manage vendors and third-party deliverables.

Manage project change requests and approvals.

Support organizational change, communications, training and user adoption.

Ensure alignment with PMI best practices and established project standards.

Mandatory Requirements

PMP or PRINCE2 certification  certificate required.

Must work 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Available full-time starting approximately November 2, 2026.

Blended hourly rate must include required travel/accommodation.

Preferred Experience

Strong senior-level IT project management experience, preferably in government/public sector, including business transformation, application modernization, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data/analytics or digital services.

Strong skills in governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, change control, vendor management, executive reporting and stakeholder engagement are preferred.
