ProSoils is looking for an organized, proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Rose Valley, SK. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation across our agricultural operations, with a primary focus on fall ammonia logistics while supporting year-round grain, fertilizer, propane, and equipment movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fall anhydrous ammonia logistics and year-round transportation.
• Schedule and dispatch grain, fertilizer, propane, and agricultural products.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, customers, and farm operations.
• Monitor deliveries, coordinate equipment, and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Maintain shipping documentation and ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or agricultural      operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agricultural commodities is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software is preferred.
