About this role
The Opportunity
Responsible for the logistics and distribution processes of potash via railcars, ensuring timely, cost-effective movement from Saskatchewan mines to ocean-going vessels at multiple North American load ports.
Actively liaises and communicates with all stakeholders including mines, railways, and terminals to ensure efficient movement of potash across the supply chain.
Proactively monitor and addresses supply chain deviations to maintain mine, rail network and terminal fluidity.
Regularly collaborate with mine producers, terminals, and railways to resolve any operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
Execute timely inventory checks and support the reconciliation process.
Maintain detailed records to evaluate and improve railway performance and service levels.
Assist in gathering data and supporting both internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Youll Bring
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business or a related field.
Minimum two to three years experience in a supply chain role.
Experience in rail operations and/or logistics is an asset.
Computer skills to maintain databases and spreadsheets including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
