Legal Administrative Assistant

Linh Pham, Legal Professional Corporation is a criminal defence firm located in the warehouse direct of Regina. We are looking for a hardworking Legal Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

In this position, you will be assisting criminal lawyer(s) and an articling student with various tasks including drafting correspondence, file management, and tending to client needs, as instructed.

The right candidate for this will possess the ability to multi-task in a high workload situation, be good at organization and following directions, and work well as a part of the team.

Essential tasks will include

Drafting letters and legal documents;

Printing, sorting and organizing high volumes of materials;

Communicating with clients to receive information and schedule appointments;

Practice management tasks, such as maintaining calendars and diaries for lawyers;

General administrative duties and office upkeep.
