About this role
Street Culture Project (SCP) seeks a part-time Finance Administrative Assistant at our Regina head office, reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration.
Hours: 1520 per week, MondayFriday, with flexibility based on operational needs.
Pay: $17.50$21.00/hour, with benefits, RRSP matching, and professional development.
Start: Immediately upon selection.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense claims using Dext; enter accounts payable and financial data in QuickBooks.
- Support monthly reconciliations, donation tracking, grant documentation, and audit preparation.
- Maintain accurate, organized financial records and files in Google Drive.
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, welcome visitors, coordinate calendars and meetings, order supplies, and provide administrative support.
Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in administration, finance, or basic bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with or willingness to learn QuickBooks and Dext.
Requirements
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driverss licence.
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance.
- Commitment to SCPs trauma-informed, youth-centred, harm reduction, and Nurtured Heart approaches.
