About this role
Plan and execute daily prep tasks. Daily baking and pastry production. Maintain overall food/prep quantity through the week. Delegation of prep work. Line cooking, catering prep, daily cleaning all included. Shift runs 7:00-15:00 Tuesday-Saturday.
