Production Baker

We are looking for a reliable, motivated person to prepare and bake our weekly baking requirements for Tangerine and our catering orders.

The Role

• Work independently during evenings and/or weekends.
• Follow recipes and production lists to ensure consistent, high-quality baking.
• Organize your work to complete the required quantities on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean and ensure everything is properly stored and ready for the week.

About the Position

• There is flexibility in how you schedule your weekly work.
• The right attitude matters more than formal experience.
• We are happy to train someone who is dependable, willing to learn, attentive to detail, and has a strong work ethic. You will need to be comfortable working independently once trained.
