Job Description
Regina Prairie Property Care is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team on a casual basis.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions, have experience using hand and power tools, and be capable of completing various property maintenance tasks independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Snow removal from driveways, sidewalks, and walkways.
Lawn mowing, trimming, and general lawn care.
Gutter cleaning and debris removal.
Seasonal yard cleanups and property maintenance.
Perform basic handyman and general maintenance tasks.
Safely operate and maintain equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship.
Complete assigned jobs efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
Valid Class 5 driver's licence is mandatory.
Must be handy and have good practical maintenance skills.
Must know how to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Previous experience in snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance is preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours depending on weather conditions and workload.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
