Remote with client-site work as needed
SIEL Human Solutions seeks an experienced HR Consultant to support Western Canadian clients. Youll learn each clients business, build relationships, and offer practical, tailored HR advice. Youll lead projects independently within a collaborative team. This full-time role is remote, with client-site visits as needed and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on HR policies, recruitment, compensation, performance management, and training.
Support employee relations, accommodations, leaves, workplace concerns, and terminations.
Develop HR solutions and documentation, manage timelines, and improve processes using technology and automation.
Build client relationships and stay current on HR practices and employment legislation.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including complex employee matters.
CPHR/CHRP/CHRL designation, consulting, and healthcare experience are assets.
Strong HR knowledge, communication, writing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, use Microsoft Office/HR systems, and attend client sites as needed.
