Executive Assistant

Wyatt Investments Ltd is an investment company that owns a portfolio of operating entities, including the following. Farmland Realty Group is a REALTOR advisory practice brokered by RE/MAX Crown Real Estate, specializing in Saskatchewan farmland. We also own Firesky Resorts Ltd., an 88-site seasonal RV resort at Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park expanding to 125 sites. We're seeking a sharp, discreet Executive Assistant to keep transactions, correspondence and outside relationships running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Prepare listing documents, CMA packages and marketing materials;    - Maintain MLS/Matrix listings
• Track contract dates (conditions, deposits, possession) and coordinate trust deposits with the brokerage
• Schedule showings, inspections and signing's; draft client correspondence prior to REALTOR review.
• Support operations of real estate investments; including: tenant communication, License to Occupy agreements, compliance calendar, vendor scheduling and invoicing
• Manage content calendar, social posts and CRM
• Liaise with our brokerage, lawyer, accountant and contractors
• Manage calendar, filing, expenses and receipts

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of EA or administrative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization; manages multiple files independently
• High discretion with financial, legal and personal information
• Confidence corresponding with professionals on the owner's behalf
• Microsoft/Google Workspace skills; willing to learn MLS and CRM tools
• Active AI user, excited to adopt new technology
• Additional office tasks, as and when needed, within your working hours.
• Valid driver's licence for occasional rural travel

Assets: real estate or professional-services admin experience, farmland knowledge, or farm background.
