Receptionist - Family Service Regina

Family Service Regina is seeking a highly organized and motivated receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors
• Answer phonecalls
• Process transactions
• Update databases and manage data entry
• Sort and distribute mail
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Utilize office equipment (computers, photocopiers, fax machines)

Qualifications

• Completed some post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work mostly independently and as part of a team
