Estate Sale Staff - Supplies Coordinator

Do you like a good treasure hunt? Can you identify items of value like antiques or collectibles? Can you lift, carry and haul?

Working as part of the team, this position involves preparation and set-up of estate and moving sales, and coordination of our supplies, van, and storage area.

Specific duties will include

• Working as part of a team for setting up estate and moving sales inside of homes, garages, and yards.
• Organization and cleaning of items being sold and the sale site.
• Staging, pricing, and setting up for a sale.
• Packing up and cleaning up after a sale.
• Other tasks as assigned.

As the supplies coordinator you would be responsible for:

• Ensuring our van and storage unit are sorted and organized
• The van is stocked and ready for setups and pack ups etc.
• Monitoring supply levels to ensure we have the supplies we need
• Returning tables and supplies to storage following a sale
• Driving the van to/from work sites

The ideal candidate

• Must have a current drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract
• Must provide an acceptable criminal record check.
• Can lift up to 40lb independently and can assist lifting and moving furniture etc.
• Be available some evenings and weekends.
• Be flexible and adaptive to new and challenging environments.

We provide on the job training, a great hourly rate, and an exceptional team environment! This position is contract dependent. It will be 4-5 days per week during our busy season (May-Sept) with fewer shifts Oct-April. We shut down from Mid-December to Mid-January.
