Outside Service Sales / Leasing Coordinator

Warner Industries is seeking an Outside Service Sales / Leasing Coordinator to join our Saskatoon team.

This unique hybrid position combines outside sales, Customer relationship management, and fleet coordination to help deliver outstanding service and solutions to our Customers.

In This Role, You Will

Promote Warner Industries' Service, Rental, and Leasing solutions to help Customers maximize uptime and efficiency.

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and Customer presentations.

Prepare and present estimates, quotes, rental rates, and lease rates.

Manage rental and leasing contracts, monthly billing, Customer inquiries, and carry an after-hours cell phone for related calls.

Collaborate with other Leasing Reps, as well as Service, Parts, and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional Customer experience.

What You'll Bring

Exceptional Customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Confidence building relationships, presenting solutions, and generating new business opportunities.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Experience in a dealership, rental/leasing environment, sales role, or heavy-duty truck, trailer, or bus industry is considered an asset.

Class 3A or Class 1A licence is considered an asset.
