Director of Housing

Cowessess First Nation is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Director of Housing to provide leadership and oversight of the Housing Department. Reporting to the Executive Director or designate, this position is responsible for departmental operations, staff supervision, housing services, funding and financial management, asset management, and capital projects.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, financial and organizational skills, along with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, maintain funding compliance, and build positive working relationships with employees, tenants, community members, contractors, and external funding partners.
