Director, Enterprise Financial Performance

Director, Enterprise Financial Performance directs and provides strategic leadership for a focused enterprise function that improves the Corporations financial performance through sustainable cost control, productivity improvement, revenue assurance, revenue optimization and stronger financial discipline. The Director identifies and prioritizes material opportunities, leads targeted financial and operational analysis, and works collaboratively with business and functional leaders to develop and advance practical solutions. This position leads complex and cross-functional reviews where issues require dedicated capacity, independent challenge and integrated financial and operational judgment. Business and functional leaders retain accountability for operational decisions, execution, ongoing process ownership and sustainment.
