Responsibilities

• Customer & Account Management

Respond to customer emails & phone calls

Prepare quotes

Process customer orders

Build relationships through exceptional customer service

Help customers determine the best products for their needs

Follow up on projects & ensure deadlines are met

• Apparel & Promotional Products

Research product options & availability

Compare suppliers & pricing

Place apparel & promotional product orders

Assist with creating online company apparel stores

Help decorate apparel using embroidery & heat press equipment (training provided)

• Office & Admin Support

Greet customers

Answer incoming phone calls

Organize digital files, spreadsheets, & databases

Order office supplies

Assist with general admin tasks

Requirements

Organized & able to manage by priority

Detail-oriented

Friendly & professional

Comfortable having honest conversations while treating others with kindness and respect

Use a computer & learn new software
