We're looking for a Coordinator, Facility Management with experience in facility operations, maintenance planning, contract administration, and stakeholder management. In this role, you'll help keep Client-Partner facilities safe, efficient, reliable, and ready to support critical defence operations. By becoming a DCC team member, you'll contribute directly to maintaining the infrastructure that supports Canada's military personnel and mission readiness.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Facility Management team, you'll play an important role in supporting the operation, maintenance, and performance of Client-Partner facilities and building systems. You'll spend your days:

Leading Contract Administration

Managing and administering facility maintenance, service, and minor construction contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Client-Partner expectations.

Coordinating with service providers, consultants, and contractors while monitoring performance, safety, schedules, and deliverables.

Supporting Facility Operations

Supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, fire protection, electronic security, communications systems, roads, and grounds

Identifying maintenance and repair requirements and supporting programs that improve reliability, performance, and energy efficiency.

Driving Quality & Asset Management

Conducting facility inspections to assess safety, compliance, asset condition, performance, and Client-Partner satisfaction
