We are looking for a candidate with strong technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to join our DCC team in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

As a Coordinator, Contract Services (Procurement Specialist), youll support construction and consultant-service procurements that help build and maintain critical defence infrastructure. Working closely with project managers, client-partners, consultants, contractors, and industry partners, youll help ensure procurement processes are fair, efficient, and aligned with applicable policies and regulations.

What You'll Do

Lead Procurement That Matters

Youll develop and administer procurement strategies for construction and consultant contracts, prepare solicitation and tender documents, coordinate bid evaluations, and support contract awards from beginning to end.

Be a Trusted Advisor

Youll advise project managers and client-partners on procurement and contract requirements, helping teams make informed decisions and keep projects moving.

Connect People and Process

Youll coordinate communication with contractors, consultants, industry partners, and internal teams while supporting procurement planning throughout the project lifecycle.
