SOUP & SUCH located in the Gallagher Centre is Yorkton's ONLY Front Service Soup Store, serving up to 7 days of hot and fresh homestyle soups daily. We aim to keep the value of our same loved homemade soups, with variety of menus that many families will enjoy.

We are looking for a dedicated and a reliable permanent full time Cook who is ready to work with us and is looking for a welcoming and respectful workplace.

As our COOK candidate, you must have a minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial working experience in a commercial kitchen setting.

Soup Cooking experience is a MUST. Baking and sandwich making is an asset. You will be assigned on a morning or afternoon shift depending on the cooking needs including weekends on busy season of September to May. You will work with the Kitchen Team Lead to implement daily cooking duties including homemade soups, sandwich making, grill/concession foods and other cuisine meals cooking. You will prepare all orders for the catering of small or medium size group orders. May assist in planning daily soups and hot meal menus with Kitchen team lead. Coordinate with front team in executing daily food displays such as soups, sandwiches, concession menus, cuisine, dessert and salad displays. May assist in training or coordinating kitchen preparation duties to kitchen helpers. Must report to Kitchen Team lead regarding kitchen shift operation and kitchen duties completion. Attendance is a MUST when working with us to stay being our teammate.
