Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our daily cleaning operations. In this role, you will manage a team of cleaning professionals, ensure quality control across all assigned sites, manage inventory, and serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage daily shift operations, handle attendance, and ensure staff arrive on time with the necessary tools.
• Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals; report shortages and place supply orders as needed.
• Client Relations: Address client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow health and safety regulations (OSHA/WHMIS or local standards).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning, with at least [1] year in a supervisory or lead role.
