Carpenter Apprentice

DRC Construction Ltd is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team in Regina, SK.

We are seeking a carpenter apprentice or general construction labourer who is interested in developing their skills and building a long-term career in the construction industry.

Experience in residential and light commercial constructions in preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. We also welcome applications from general labourers who are interested in pursuing a carpentry apprenticeship.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry and construction tasks
• Assist with framing, finishing, renovations, and other construction activities
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
• Follow workplace safety procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Complete other construction-related duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry or general construction experience is preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Physically capable of performing construction related duties
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation preferred, but not required

Experience is an asset, but reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
