Flyer Electric is a locally owned, 100% Saskatchewan-based electrical contractor operating since 1982. We deliver quality electrical projects across Saskatchewans industrial, commercial, and mining sectors, with a strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking 2nd-year or higher Apprentice Electricians for commercial projects in Regina and surrounding areas. Commercial construction experience is preferred. Overnight travel may be required.
Schedule: 45 days/week, 810-hour days
Wage: Based on apprenticeship year and registered hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all site safety policies and procedures.
- Use materials, equipment, and tools efficiently.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Work on various electrical installations.
- Follow direction and participate in training and mentoring.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Attend site meetings and required training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current apprenticeship certificate/card.
- Current Fall Protection and EWP certificates.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and clean driving abstract.
- Ability to perform regular physical duties, including lifting, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Must pass and maintain required drug and alcohol clearance.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
