Southern Plains Co-op is hiring Agro Sales Representative.
What youll do
- Prospect for new business and grow existing Agro customer accounts while identifying related Bulk Fuel opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with growers, commercial customers, and industrial clients through a consistent customer contact program.
- Promote Southern Plains Co-ops Agro products, services, and solutions based on customer needs and business opportunities.
- Work with internal managers, agronomy experts, and suppliers to provide practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity to support effective sales planning and territory growth.
Who You Are
You are a relationship-driven sales professional with minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferably in agriculture, crop inputs or a related field. Minimum of Grade 12 education, post secondary education in Agriculture is an asset. Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
