Duties
This position provides administrative, clerical, and program support services to ensure the effective delivery of departmental operations. The role involves independently performing a variety of moderately complex clerical tasks, supporting internal teams and external clients by managing documentation, processing applications, maintaining records, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders. The incumbent exercises judgement within established procedures to resolve routine issues.

Qualifications
Essential
High school education, with considerable experience in administrative or clerical roles involving data entry, document processing, database maintenance, electronic records management.
Experience providing customer or client service in a public-facing environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse and respectful environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships with external stakeholders and clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Effective written communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, and procedures.
Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
Desired
Completion of a Business Administration and/or Accounting Diploma or Certificate.
Experience and proficiency using COMS and/or SAP S/4HANA.
