Completion of secondary schoolExperience: Experience is not required, training will be providedLanguage: EnglishJob Duties:- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests- Answer phone calls, questions from customers, guide/give local information to enjoy their travel, and respond to customers' complaints- Record and check daily visitor sheet, guest accounts, receipts, and keep the record by using computerized or manual systems- Verify customers' credit/debit cards, and establish how they pay for the accommodation- Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment- Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems- Maintain an inventory of vacancies reservations.Others:Position is open and available to underrepresented groups, such as Indigenous, New Immigrants, Youths, Refugees, Elders, and Asylum Seekers if candidates meet the above requirements.Candidates also legally entitled to work in Canada can apply.How to apply:Email: [email protected]Mail: PO Box 1049, 1041 Kaiser William Ave. East.
