Westwood Gas Bar/Cstore Manager

Central Saskatchewan Co-op is recruiting a Full-Time Manager for our Westwood Gas Bar/C-Store in Humboldt, SK

What youll do

Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.

Manage the Westwood C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.

Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.

Lead the team providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide effective direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, talent management and oversee recruitment.

Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.

Other duties as assigned.

Who you are

You have a Grade 12 education.

You have 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.

You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling, and safety.

You have good skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

You have a valid Class 5 Drivers license

You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills; and you optimize work processes.

You are honest and trustworthy, as well as results oriented, effectively encouraging others and striving to be the best in what you do.
