Temporary Part-Time Library Technician

The Good Spirit School Division Invites applications for Temporary Part-Time Library Technician at Macdonald School in Stockholm, SK.

Library Technicians support and assist in the development, organization and maintenance of the school library.

Assignment and Term

This position is a temporary part-time position of 6.0 hours alternating days in accordance with the Library Technician school calendar.

The position commences  November 2 and expires December 18, 2026. The work schedule will be scheduled by the Principal or designate. Rest periods will be scheduled in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement.

The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
• Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work as a team member will be considered assets.

Salary and Benefits

• In accordance with CUPE 4784 Collective Agreement

The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis at an hourly rate from $21.53- $26.52 plus applicable vacation pay.Benefits include participation in the Saskatchewan School Board Association (SSBA) Employee Benefits Plan if eligible, the Municipal Employees' Pension Plan (MEPP) and opportunities to attend professional development seminars.
