Supply Chain Coordinator

Coordinate and monitor import and distribution activities including purchasing, shipment scheduling and delivery tracking.

Prepare, review and maintain the import documentation such as purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of landing.

Communicate with supplies, custom brokers, freight forwarders and transportation service providers to ensure smooth and timely movement of products.

Track Shipments and provide status updates to management and clients.

Respond to vendors and customer inquiries and resolve any shipment or delivery related issues.
