Shuttle Driver/Lot Attendant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our dealership team as a Shuttle Driver & Lot Attendant. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience while helping maintain an organized, clean, and professional dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport customers to and from the dealership as required.

Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service.

Keep the dealership shuttle clean and presentable.

Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Move and park dealership vehicles as directed.

Maintain the organization and appearance of the dealership lot, including customer parking and inventory areas.

Assist with vehicle pickups, deliveries, transfers, and vehicle preparation.

Clear snow, remove debris, and help keep vehicles and dealership property clean and presentable.

Assist with moving vehicles between the service department, wash bay, and detail area.

Ensure vehicle keys are handled and stored properly.

Assist other departments and team members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to perform physical tasks as required.
