Busy automotive parts & repair shop / OK Tire franchise located in Kamsack,SK is looking for a F/T Service Writer with mechanical parts knowledge/experience to START IMMEDIATELY!!. We are open 8-5 Mon-Fri.
Duties to include: listen to customer questions and concerns. Build repair quotes, advise on required repairs, take orders, schedule appts, monitor service progress. Record customer details and transactions. Calculate charges, process payments. Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances. Work with and maintain a good working relationship with the service technicians. Other misc job related duties as assigned.
Auto and Computer knowledge a must. Competitive wages based on experience. **CDN RESIDENTS ONLY PLEASE**
