Service Tech/Millwright
Hughes Collective is recruiting a Service Technician/Millwright on behalf of SKEANS Pneumatic & Automation Inc., a distributor of compressed air systems and pneumatic and electrical automation solutions. Based in Saskatoon, this position services customers throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
The Opportunity
This field service role involves troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial air compressors, rotating equipment and compressed air systems at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, blowers, vacuum systems and air dryers.
Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, installations and repairs.
Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls.
Provide technical support and maintain customer relationships.
Complete electronic work orders and service documentation.
Qualifications
Journeyperson Millwright or 4th-year apprentice preferred.
Experience servicing industrial air compressors and rotating equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate with customers.
Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
Willingness to travel throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
