Service Manager

In this role you will oversee/coordinate service activities focused on exceptional customer service, technician efficiency, and depart profitability. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

You will

• Lead all processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build customer relationships & foster growth
• Motivate employees by coaching/training/development
• Plan/initiate all dept functions including attraction, retention, and engagement of employees
• Create effective/productive teams with all depts
• Manage business plan, focus on forward growth in all areas

You have

• 5+ years of mgmt experience in ag industry
• Technical background
• Experience leading, developing, motivating others to achieve results
• Knowledge of with John Deere & competitive products

You are

• Results-oriented, strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Empathetic
• Self-aware, high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
• Excellent communicator, analytical skills
