Essential Job Functions
- Daily removal of paint waste-rags, gun wash, floor sweepings, etc.
- Fill out daily check sheets pertaining to paint room
- Inspection to ensure quality of product is acceptable
- Follow special procedures laid out for painting/mixing
- Know your equipment and maintenance requirements
- Educating yourself on chemicals used and safety precautions
- Transporting product to designated areas
- Take instruction and workload assignments from Supervisors and team leads
- Maintain schedule requirements
- Safety inspections of hoists and forklifts
- Report any non-conforming product
- Attend training as directed by management
- Participate in ongoing lean initiatives as required by management.
- Other duties as assigned
