Grant Hall Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Food & Beverage Server to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service in our dining room, lounge, banquets, and private events while maintaining the high standards of Grant Hall Hotel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Saskatchewan Serve It Right (SIR) certification is required.
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow all Saskatchewan liquor regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Use the POS system to enter orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Set, clear, and reset tables efficiently.
• Assist with banquet service, conferences, weddings, and private functions.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff.
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side duties.
• Restock supplies, polish glassware and cutlery, and prepare tables for service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
