Responsibilities

• Equipment sales with new/existing customers
• Build loyal/long-term customer relationships
• Provide top tier customer support & follow-up
• Identify unmet customer needs & provide solutions
• Develop innovative strategies to increase sales
• Stay current on knowledge of all sales related areas
• Create brand awareness in your area
• Conduct equipment/product demos

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service & communication
• Extensive knowledge of ag equipment
• Education in Ag Business/Marketing/related field
• Strong time mgmt, organizational, computer skills
• 3+ years of previous sales exp
• Knowledge of John Deere & competitive products
• Significant independent travel, valid drivers licence
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary
